How many litres do I need for a standard bean bag?

A standard adult bean bag chair (around 90cm diameter) typically requires 200–300 litres of EPS beads. A large XL size may need 400–500 litres. We recommend filling to about 70% and adjusting to your preference. Contact us for advice based on your exact bag dimensions.

Which size is best for bean bags – 1–3mm or 4–7mm?

For bean bags and cushions, always go with the 4–7mm grade. The larger beads give that soft, bouncy, comfortable feel. The 1–3mm fine grade is specifically for construction applications like lightweight concrete and cement bricks.

Are the bean balls safe for indoor use and children?

Yes. Our EPS beads are non-toxic, odour-free, and do not off-gas harmful chemicals. They are widely used in children’s bean bag furniture. For very young children, always ensure the bean bag has a child-safe zipper or locking closure.

How are the beads packaged and delivered?

Our beads are compressed and sealed in large plastic bags. Compression significantly reduces transport volume — on opening, the beads expand back to their full volume. We can also accommodate custom packaging for bulk industrial orders. Delivery is available across India.
